The company knows its business, established in Gironde since 1993. It looks after sturgeon farms with patience and meticulousness, putting forward quality products. These include "du Bassin" caviar, made from sturgeon bred at the entrance to the Arcachon Basin, "Ébène" caviar from Acipenser baerii sturgeon born and bred on site, as well as "Diva", to which a hint of salt is added, and "N°3". Visits and tastings are by appointment only, and the store is open Monday to Friday. The online store is the surest way to stock up at the click of a button.
