A prime location in this beautiful concave building, which follows the shape of the circular intersection. Hundreds of bottles neatly arranged, with a selection by region and some rather pertinent highlights, such as this Alzipratu next to the Chinon de la Noblaie and a Touraine Sauvignon from Chidaine. No vineyard is overlooked, with classic and reliable references, and well-targeted prices (a 2019 Château Simone for less than €50 in red, a 2020 Coulée de Serrant for less than €100). And of course, all the great châteaux, up to the most prestigious (Latour 2000 at €1850, Pétrus 2009 at €7170). A wide range of spirits.
