Champagnes from both renowned houses and lesser-known producers, a wide and excellent selection (Jacquesson, Bollinger, Krug, Roederer…), grand crus from all over, a vast selection of spirits, as well as tasting glasses—that’s the essentials you need to know here. For each region, the selection is comprehensive, ranging from up-and-coming producers to established estates, including organic, biodynamic, and natural wines. In Alsace, for example, you’ll find Zusslin and Barmès Buecher, Ostertag and Zind Humbrecht, Boxler and Josmeyer… The same goes for the Jura, Burgundy, the Loire, and even Languedoc and Roussillon. Prices are on the high side, but there’s plenty of choice and expert advice from Benjamin, who comes from Philippe Faure-Brac’s Bistrot du Sommelier.
