Wine merchant The well-stocked cellar in the Halles covers all the vineyards, with fair prices across the board. So, for example, you'll find a selection of champagnes at under e50, from the big houses (Ayala, Laurent Perrier, Drappier) as well as proprietors (Sélèque, Huré, Laherte...). The philosophy is thus widespread, between discoveries and confirmations, including of course in the regions, from pic saint-loup to côtes catalanes, where you can fill your cellar in one visit. The advice is good and very useful.
