In this elegant and cosy patisserie, you'll enjoy settling down on the designer banquette to enjoy a good cake or take away a pretty viennoiserie. Catherine Kelsen is a talented pastry chef who spends a lot of time in her laboratory concocting her pastries, which are generous, tasty and appetizing, but always simple and, as far as possible, based on local produce! Intransigent on quality, she selects her raw materials: pistachios from Sicily to make her Signature pastry, the pistachio-raspberry rose, hazelnuts from Piedmont to sublimate the Paris-Brest, chocolate from Valrhona... Creative to the core, she likes to invent new pastries (up to three a month) for the pleasure of her customers, regulars and visiting tourists alike! From now on, you can also enjoy a savoury treat that changes every week, according to the season. When it comes to beverages, both Bulles Ardennaises and bière de Doncourt are sure to please.
