Delphine Masson and Benoît Deschamps opened their boutique in 2017, from one of the prefecture's most innovative addresses. Trained by MOF Lahrer and Fresson, the pastry chef-chocolatier couple cover all subjects with consistency, a fine range of creations, ballotins, pavés de Chartres, caramels, truffles, macarons, confectionery, tablettes, Delphine's ideas, the Marceau, pavlova, the Symphonie or even the Saint-Germain. Meticulously decorated.
