Near the Sillon beach, a star chocolatier with the creations of Sylvain Dahirel, Cap Horn's pastry chef, as tasty as they are distinguished. You won't leave with just a square, but rather a complete assortment of ganaches and pralines in cases, tablets, Saint-Malo cobblestones, Easter eggs, Saint-Malo "oysters", diamonds, sand roses... Not forgetting pastries, entremets and a variety of creations: Bristol almond pecan, Mikan pistachio mandarin, Whispear pear and whisky, Modena in pure manjari and jivara chocolate..
