Chocolate factory
Romain Loccussol has brought a breath of fresh air and youth to this septuagenarian company. His hard work earned him awards at the Salon Mondial du Chocolat in Paris for three of his creations. He goes back to the source of the product, producing top-of-the-range work that has been noted by Croqueurs de Chocolat for the Citron Vert "refined, precise and well-constructed", the Rocher Noir "very tasty" and the Brésil "marked by grace and suavity"... Patisserie and delicatessen products are equally well thought-out.
