Pastry Romain Loccussol has brought a breath of fresh air and youth to this septuagenarian company. His hard work earned him awards at the Salon Mondial du Chocolat in Paris for three of his creations. He goes back to the source of the product, producing top-of-the-range creations that were praised by Croqueurs de Chocolat for the "refined, precise and well-constructed" Citron Vert, the "very tasty" Rocher Noir and the "graceful and suave" Brésil.
