An endearing house, which takes great care over its craftsmanship and offers, in chocolate as in pastry, personal compositions that are its signature. Individual cakes include the gluten-free Armoricain with almonds and hazelnut praline, the "Délicat" with lemon and raspberry, and the "Caresse" with lemon and Swiss meringue, alongside classics such as the flan or the éclair au chocolat Madagascar 67%. We also offer cookies, macaroons and a full range of ganaches, in all flavors and pure cocoa origins (Mexico, Santo Domingo, Brazil, Ecuador...).
