Roaster
Les Cafés Rasco enjoys a good reputation thanks to its roaster, trained by one of the stars of the trade in Germany. He roasts daily, in small batches, his vintages from all over the world. Blue Mountain, Kopi Luwak, Peruvian Yellow Bourbon, Yemeni Matari, Hawaiian Kona... rub shoulders with organically grown coffees for some 35 varieties at the height of the season.
