Roaster In the shopping district just opposite Place Roger Ducos, the Noiro roastery has been producing coffee for over half a century, maintaining its artisanal production and good reputation. You'll find just over a dozen pure-origin coffees (Ethiopia, Honduras, Rwanda, Papua New Guinea, Vietnam...), as well as blends. Numerous loose teas and infusions are also on sale.
