Roaster
Right next to France's tallest cathedral, just below the Place de la Calende, hides one of Rouen's institutions that has cradled many a generation. The store has moved many times, but the quality has remained the same, whether for beans or ground coffees. Anne Caron, Best Coffee Roaster in France 2017, was asked to take over the business, and she has ensured successful continuity. She has preserved the blends created in the spirit of the house, as in Le Havre at Maison Duchossoy. Fearsome blends of arabicas and pure origins, under the name of Cafés Jeanne d'Arc or La Ti-Tane, can be found on many of the region's most renowned tables.
