Roaster This little store on the rue des Fourbisseurs has the world at your fingertips. This craftsman's know-how, passed down through three generations since 1976, won him the coveted title of Best Roaster in France in 2012. Just listen to him talk about his Colombian "valle del Cauca" on the "Las margaritas" plantation in 100% geisha, or the Rwanda Cup of Excelence Rwashosco Maraba III Sovu "of remarkable freshness and richness", to understand all the love invested in this business. The vintages are of course all superb, as is the espresso, at a bargain price.
