Gault&Millau's review

Roaster This is one of the oldest roasting plants still in operation, founded in 1933 by the Allombert family. The company has preserved its artisanal methods, advocating long roasting for a more intense, longer-lasting coffee. In addition to pure origins (Cuba, Kenya, Papua New Guinea...), you'll find a fine selection of over a hundred teas and infusions from Very Thés and George Cannon.
