Roaster In the "bean to bar" approach, this reputed house lives up to its name: carefully selected beans processed with expert knowledge. Very good products, in ganaches, tablets, and specialties that have also made the reputation of the place, Coussins de Lyon, Sarments du Beaujolais... Also specialty coffees (Brazil, Costa Rica, Ethiopian mocha), pralines, bonbons, marrons glacés and all kinds of confectionery.
