Roaster
It's one of the oldest coffee roasters in the Puy-de-Dôme region, established here in 1910. Today, the Bonnac family maintains this heritage with a roasting process that is still artisanal, offering fine specialty coffees. On the shelves are coffees from Nicaragua, Peru, Honduras, Indonesia, Nepal, Ethiopia... The establishment also offers teas, accessories and machines, as well as chocolate. A boutique has also opened in Clermont-Ferrand.
