Roaster It's a classic of Albigensian craftsmanship, in place for over a century. The store, located not far from the covered market, showcases the know-how acquired since the 1910s, and this fine effort at family transmission, today maintained by the fourth generation. While methods may have modernized, the taste for authenticity is still there, to be discovered among over twenty different coffees, pure origins and blends.
