Roaster
The green coffee vintages are selected in the producing countries according to the terroir and the quality of the work done on the farm, then often transported directly and roasted in the workshop. Between 7 and 10 references are available throughout the year, depending on the harvest. With a bit of luck, you'll be able to taste one of these coffees prepared by David Flynn or Thomas Lehoux, the famous baristas... roasters.
