Roaster Opened last year by Patrick Thomas and Xavier Vuillemin, the little blue-fronted boutique finally offers the town its own little artisanal burnery, conveniently located in the center. Decorated in a thematic spirit, both insular with its frosted parquet floor and inviting with its canvas bags of beans, the store offers customers a coherent range, with four blends (Brazil-Guatemala, Brazil-Colombia, Honduras-Nicaragua-Ethiopia and Brazil-Colombia-Ethiopia).
