Since 1999, the brewery has taken up the torch of valley brewing, producing a wide range of beers with an emphasis on creativity. Not content with producing the classics in blond, white and amber, the company also offers beers in which spices and herbs reinvent the taste of hops. These include "Juliette", with its aromas of rose and ginger, "Marie Noëlle", with its aromas of cherry and raspberry, the black "Jean Balthazar", the almost black amber "Doigt de Dieu" and the traditional Alsatian "Ramona".
