Brewer Since 1999, the brewery has taken up the mantle in the valley, producing a wide range of beers with an emphasis on creativity. Not content with producing traditional classics in blond, white and amber, the company also offers beers in which spices and herbs reinvent the taste of hops. These include Juliette, with its aromas of rose and ginger, and Marie-Noëlle, with its aromas of cherry and raspberry, as well as the black Jean Balthazar, the almost black Doigt de Dieu amber and the traditional Alsatian Ramona.
