Brewer
Founded in 1998 by Belgian-born Joël Halbardier, the microbrewery aims to combat industrial techniques by producing according to the traditions for which the beverage is renowned. Today, it offers six cuvées: "Sainte-Alphonse", blond, amber, brown, "Meid'la, Fille d'Alsace", a top-fermented blond made exclusively with Alsatian hops, "Brisach" in Strisselspalt, and "Colmar Pils", in tribute to its illustrious namesake from the Brasserie de Colmar.
