Brewer Production is strictly in line with natural, eco-responsible methods. Hops are sourced from local hop gardens, and brewing is done without addition or pasteurization. On the menu are award-winning beers such as the highly acclaimed Red Fox IPA, a triple-fermented copper blonde, Psaïkodéclik, a top-fermented blonde, Highway to Ale at 6.66%, White Fox in white and Schwortz in brown.
