Brewer
Production is strictly in line with the rules of a natural, eco-responsible method. Hops are sourced from local hop gardens, and brewing is carried out without addition or pasteurization. On the menu are award-winning beers such as the highly acclaimed "Red Fox IPA", a triple-fermented copper blonde, "Psaïko Déclik", a top-fermented blonde, "Highway to Ale" (6.66%), "White Fox" (white) and "La Schwortz" (brown).
