Gault&Millau's review

Brewer Here's proof that Chablis isn't all about wine, with this craft brewery. This family venture, launched by two cousins, has now grown into a pretty brewery on the outskirts of town, with both a workshop and a bar, where you can taste the cuvées on the premises or take them away. The classic range currently comprises 7 beers, plus limited editions aged in oak barrels or with grape must.
