Brewer
It's a rare and ambitious project that deserves all the limelight, an atypical microbrewery, working with indigenous fermentation beers (i.e. with natural yeasts), aged in barrels. It's no coincidence that Aymeric Tissot, son of Bénédicte and Stéphane Tissot, originally trained as a winemaker and now a brewer, is at the helm. The result is an original, cutting-edge production of beers inspired by gueuzes, maceration, verbena and monarde, elderflower, vin de paille, poulsard, macvin or Sichuan pepper, savagnin or pinot noir. The boutique also offers wines from the family estate.
