Brewer In the hinterland of Caen, in the heart of Norman Switzerland, this young microbrewery produces organic beers in the traditional way. The address offers 7 cuvées with rural names: the blonde "Auprès de ma Blonde", the amber "Du Hameau", the white "Caenette", the brown porter "Quai des Brunes", the triple "À la Mode de Caen" and, finally, the two seasonal beers, the spring red "Conte et Fleurette" and the Christmas special "Ça Sent le Sapin".
