Brewer In the hinterland of Caen, in the heart of Norman Switzerland, this young micro-brewery produces organic beers in the traditional way. It offers six cuvées with rural names: the blonde "Auprès de ma blonde", the amber "Du hameau", the white "Caenette", the brown "Quai des brunes", the triple "À la mode de Caen" and finally the Christmas special "Ça sent le sapin".
