Julien, a young agri-food graduate, has set up his own organic brewery. Convinced that the future of our beautiful planet is under threat, he resolutely chose to produce, no doubt more expensive, but better and more responsibly. Filtered, purified water, pesticide-free malts and hops, and... flowers. With the imagination of a Druid's apprentice, he creates unique, bitter-free floral beers like his "Magic Blonde" with orange blossom. And, by appointment, you can take a free one-hour tasting tour, or even create your own personal beer during a brewing day. For €400, you also get 10 cases of your creation! In September 2018, the brewery moved to the Chartrons Bassins à Flot district and took the opportunity to set up a bar open to the public where you can nibble on a few boards over a cocktail or house beer.
