Gault&Millau's review

Brewer Since 2014, Philippe and Maïlys Lonjon have run a small organic farm on the Margeride plateaux. On some 30 hectares, they raise 20 cows and produce veal calves, but, diversifying as they must, they also brew beers with cereals produced on site and wild hops picked up on the banks of the Allier. The range is set to expand, but for the moment their "Gabale" comes in amber, blond and rye blond. Please call to make an appointment.
