It was in his kitchen that Mickaël Novo began experimenting with his recipes, until 2010, when he opened his mini brewery. His beers contain no additives or preservatives, are neither filtered nor pasteurized, and are also environmentally friendly. The result? An attractive range of blondes, blacks, whites, reds and ambers. An interesting cervoise, whose hop-free bitterness comes from the addition of gentian, or Mosaïc Black Bitter, a thirst-quenching beer with a pronounced bitterness. Open Fridays from 4pm to 6pm.
