Gault&Millau's review

Brewer The microbrewery of its origins has grown considerably, but Castelain remains a company that makes its beers by hand, respecting local traditions. It was here, in 1979, that the famous "Ch'ti" was born, a highly successful bière de garde. Over the following decades, other creations were born, in particular "Maltesse", a blond with a strong character, unctuous and generous, and with a jealously guarded recipe.
