Brewer
In the heart of the Ballons des Vosges park, Christophe Jentzsch has been making his craft beers since 2012. The microbrewery produces the classic white, blonde, amber, Pale Ale and honey beer, as well as seasonal beers such as "La Fleur de Sureau", "La Printanière" and "La Bière de Noël". Available in local shops, inns and restaurants, they can also be purchased on site.
