Brewer Opened in 2014, this brewery embodies a return to roots initiated by Thomas and his family, who left Montpellier in the footsteps of their native village. With a background as a biochemist, Thomas draws on his knowledge to create a range of craft beers that are carefully crafted and well-balanced. You'll discover Promise, a coppery blonde 100% Alsatian hops, Filoute IPA, Rieuse blanche, Insolente amber, Enjôleuse blonde and Ravigote Christmas beer. Every first Saturday of the month, in the late morning, the brewery opens its doors to the public for a fascinating and instructive visit.
