Opened in 2014, this brewery embodies a return to roots initiated by Thomas and his family, who left Montpellier in the footsteps of their native village. With a background as a biochemist, Thomas puts his knowledge to good use to create a carefully crafted, well-balanced range of craft beers. You'll discover "La Promise", a coppery blonde 100% Alsatian hops, "La Filoute", an IPA, the white "La Rieuse", the amber "L'Insolente", the blonde "L'Enjôleuse" and the Christmas beer "La Ravigote". Every first Saturday of the month, in the late morning, the brewery opens its doors to the public for a fascinating and instructive visit.
