Pastry A pastry shop on Rue de la Tête d'Or that remains as elegant as ever, serving generations of Metz residents since 1960. Inspired and chic, the shop offers a new range of pastries each season, featuring updated recipes: a creation by MOF Angelo Musa, a dessert featuring Vietnamese chocolate, a crispy yuzu treat, almond cream and lemon compote, a Black Forest cake, a Sachertorte, and a Saint-Honoré. There’s also a good selection of savory items, including Lorraine-style pie and a Black Forest ham cake with pistachios, walnuts, and green olives.
