The oven here runs at a natural pace, and the bread batches are produced with respect for the environment, using organic raw materials. It was Matthieu's parents, Jean-Pierre and Hélène, who introduced the first ranges of wholemeal breads. Today, it's their son's turn, supported by his wife Véronique. Guérande salt, natural sourdough and organic flours form the core of the company's products.
