Bakery The talented Pauline Arrigault, selected for a poster campaign organized by Paris City Hall to mark Euro 2016, has taken another step towards her already high profile in the neighborhood. Together with her husband Anthony, they have won over the clientele. She had apprenticed as a pastry chef, he had worked for well-known bakers (Lalos, Maeder, Galloyer...), both were cut out to open their own store. The range of breads is extensive: traditional, wheat, dried fruit... the croissants have a very successful puff pastry, and the beautiful brioches and traditional cakes offer a vast choice. The team is young and dynamic, and the store reflects this impression perfectly.
