Bakery
It's a hive of activity every morning, especially at weekends, when the bakery's pastries of the moment are added to the shopping list. On a daily basis, it's the bread, made with ancient flours from a nearby mill, but also the viennoiserie (pastries) that keep the spirits up, the brioche sucre, the pain au chocolat and the escargots... A nice snack section and classic or specialty cakes, like the tarte citron, the flan and the saint-honoré.
