Dominique Mellinger continues the family business. As the son of farmers, he was interested in the transformation of raw materials, and the bakery was a way of meeting this need. Interested in his craft, he derives personal satisfaction from passing on his working methods. Twisted rye baguettes, brioches and confectionery have built his reputation... solid!
