A bakery in a country manor, out of town, is not a commonplace, but it's also a pleasant experience to visit this singular place where MOF Henri Poch has set up his wood-fired oven and his bakery school, and works as a family, the son of the house for the bakery, wife and daughter for the chocolates. You'll discover a wide variety of speciality breads, a fine viennoiserie and an equally remarkable patisserie.
