Bakery Marc-Antoine Hébert runs a traditional bakery. The "Boulenc" (baker's) is his specialty, a baguette made using an ancient method of slow fermentation. During festive periods, his bread menu is full of flavors: baguette puffed with coarse salt, black cereal bread, corn bread, gingerbread to accompany seafood, cheeses and foie gras.
