Bakery
Thierry, destined for higher education, takes over the family business, with a bakery CAP in his pocket. Classic, traditional, solid values. The icing on the cake, and to everyone's delight, he is now enthroned as the "king of kouign-amann", a genuine local speciality which justified the creation of an association, with a trademark and logo to back it up. Supported by his wife, he holds the world record for the largest kouign-amann (2.07 m in diameter)!
