Description
Bakery Michèle and Christian Pouliquen took over the Carantec bakery in 2024. Together with the previous team, they are bursting with creativity! Classic breads rub shoulders with speciality breads, notably sourdough, spelt or buckwheat, citrus and pumpkin seed. Enough to seduce a clientele eager for novelty! For every occasion, like Christmas or Halloween, the house invents a new bread or brioche, but also according to Christian's imagination! Here, everything is homemade, using conventional or organic flour. If croissants and pains au chocolat don't all have the same shape, it's because they've been worked by hand! Classic pastries and Breton specialties (kouign-aman, gâteau breton, palets and petits bretons) also delight customers. The smiles on the faces of the sales staff help to build customer loyalty! Note: breakfast and lunch are available on site, thanks to a delicious snack menu. In summer: homemade Italian-style ice creams, salads and poke bowls! Cakes, savoury petits fours and mignardises to order, so don't hesitate for your events!
