Butchery In November 2018, Sébastien Ruffier saw his work rewarded with the MOF title. In his store, he offers artisanal charcuterie, game and beef, including those raised by Didier Leroux in Château-d'Almenêches, which he presented at the competition exam. Together with his wife Aurore, he recently acquired a second address in Falaise.
