Dominique and Valérie Rolland set up business in Plédéliac in 2001. Working together, they strive to represent their profession to the best of their ability to local customers. The meats are French, veal raised under the mother, beef mostly Blonde d'Aquitaine. Organic range, supplied by Bretagne Viande Bio, a group of local breeders who guarantee zero GMOs, and award-winning home-made charcuterie products such as sausage and boudin.
