Butchery Philippe Lombardie was one of the first butchers to support the process of classifying Mont-Saint-Michel salt-meadow lamb as an AOC, which has been in place for two years. His lamb is particularly fine, light and delicate on the palate. He also offers beef from pure Normandy breeds or cross-breeds with Limousin, slaughtered at three years of age, giving exciting meats to discover. The veal comes from neighboring farms.
