Butchery
Philippe Lombardie was one of the first butchers to support the AOC classification of Mont-Saint-Michel salt-meadow lamb, effective since 2010. In 2012, it was awarded PDO status. Lamb meat here is particularly fine, light and delicate on the palate. He also offers beef from a pure Normandy breed or crossbred with Limousin, slaughtered at 3 years of age, giving exciting meats to discover. The veal comes from neighboring farms.
