Butchery
Yoann and Emeline Laurent, aged 34 and 30 respectively, took over the premises of a former butcher's shop in the center of Vallet in the spring of 2023. Having both worked in the retail sector, they decided to set up their own business as a couple. A butcher by trade, Yoann learned charcuterie as he went along. Trained as a hairdresser and former cashier, Emeline now manages the cash register, cutting and production. In their butcher's shop, the couple offer local meats from the Loire-Atlantique region: Parthenaise red meat, Bleu-Blanc-Cœur veal, Ancenis poultry... Here, everything is homemade, from hams and pâtés to blood sausages. In the catering department, Boucherie Laurent prepares traditional dishes such as lasagne, bouchées à la reine and gratin dauphinois, as well as house specialties like stuffed filet mignon. For summer barbecues, Boucherie Laurent offers a wide range of kebabs, sausages and grilled meats. A real treat in the sun!
