Butchery
James Chouzenoux has set up his own butcher's and delicatessen. 400 m2 of store, lab and warehouse space, enabling him to develop his business. The first organic butcher since 1990 to receive European certification, he has not followed fashions, but rather his convictions. A member of the Bretagne Viande Bio group, he sells semi-wholesale to private individuals, and offers a "butcher's drive", enabling customers to collect their parcels within 48 hours of placing an order by telephone, with delivery to local markets.
