Butchery Laurent Dumont is no stranger to the meat industry, having headed up the Bœuf Fermier du Maine label, which led to the PGI for this meat. Now based at the Boucherie du Village d'Auteuil, he offers the finest cattle from carefully selected French breeders. Beef from the Maine region, which guarantees breeding to extremely exacting specifications, farm-raised Blason Prestige milk-fed veal from the Limousin region, as well as beautiful ewe lambs - exclusively - from the Poitou region, and Vallegrain farm-raised pigs from the Sarthe region.
