Philippe Pochon has over forty years' experience, twenty of which at the head of his store on Rue Pasteur. The butcher is also a businessman, with two establishments offering a wide range of meats from noble origins as well as traditional charcuterie. These include Miéral poultry, Benjamin André's black Gascon pork, pâté croûte, jugged hare and ham on the bone. The house also offers a catering service.
