Butchery A reference on rue Monge, with its large black storefront and tempting window display, where beautiful cuts of meat are a serious invitation. The house stands for fine cuts and noble products: filet mignon, rib eye, Bresse poultry and coquelet Mairet, duck leg and entrecôte.
