Butchery In 2008, Julien Blond and Sandrine Coïc took over the Boucherie de l'Hôtel de Ville with the aim of delighting their customers. Their secret: to innovate and introduce recipes that people aren't necessarily used to eating. Their homemade terrine, known as La Perronière, has made a name for itself, both on the premises and at the Berck Plage and Fort-Mahon markets. It's homemade, weighs a total of 25 kilograms and cooks for 12 hours! Awarded the Artisan en Or label, the butcher's shop delights all generations, who also enjoy the Chef's creations: small dishes that vary every week. Scallop tartare with mint pea purée or lamb with rosemary and lemongrass are just two examples of Julien Blond's creativity. In the store, he doesn't hesitate to offer tastings to ensure that customers are won over! From the outside, the shop window is very appealing. La Boucherie de l'Hôtel de Ville also caters for family events. A gourmet institution not to be missed!
