Butchery Gaëtan Barrière (butcher, pork butcher and caterer for 30 years) and Juliette Barrière-Barroso take great care of their customers, regulars they know well. In their establishment, which also serves as a delicatessen and sells local produce, you'll find meats from the Lot, Corrèze or Dordogne: "I let the beef mature for 15 days, it's tasty" Lamb, pork and veal are also top-quality, as are free-range chickens and IGP du Périgord duck. This is also the case for sausages, pâtés, terrines, tripe, calf's head... When it comes to cooked dishes, Juliette is in charge of the kitchen and offers the recipes she used to prepare for her children: depending on the season, you can enjoy boeuf bourguignon, blanquette de veau, lasagne, petit salé, grated carrots, duck crickets and other delicacies.
